Dr. Florian ENDRÖS

Dr. Florian ENDRÖSFounder: Following a full double university degree at Munich University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Dr. Florian Endrös completed his training as an avocat of the Paris Chamber of Lawyers. After passing the examination to be admitted as a German Rechtsanwalt, Florian Endrös completed his doctorate on European product liability law, with an emphasis on French law.
He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt in Munich and as an avocat in Paris.
Dr. Endrös practised in an international commercial law firm for several years. He was the founding partner and for ten years practised at a law firm specialising in industrial risk, before he founded the new firm Endrös-Baum Associés / EBA together with his team of lawyers. He also worked for ten years as an assistant professor at Cergy-Pontoise University (Paris). Here he was in charge of a European university project that enabled French lawyers to study German law.
The main emphasis of his practice is on complex international cases and proceedings, particularly in the fields of industrial risk, plant construction, product liability and product safety, and also on general contract and commercial law.
Dr. Endrös has many years of experience of French expedited expert report proceedings in a wide variety of industrial risk cases, and he is also the author of a number of books, essays and other publications on this subject.

Muriel MAZAUD

Muriel MAZAUDPartner: After completing her studies in France at Paris 11 Sceaux University and at the Institut Supérieur d’Interprétariat et de Traduction, Muriel Mazaud did a double degree, as part of which she studied for one year at Marburg University in Germany. She then completed her training as an avocat of the Paris Chamber of Lawyers.
Muriel Mazaud followed her normal university studies with a course of further study on European business law (German business law option) at Paris X Nanterre University.
Maître Mazaud practised for several years in Franco-German commercial law firms and is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her main practice areas are French procedural and contract law and general business law.

Marguerite de VAUBLANC

Marguerite de VAUBLANCPartner: Following a combined German and French degree in France at Paris X Nanterre University, Marguerite de Vaublanc completed a course of further studies on international European law and finished her international studies with an LLM on German and European business law at Regensburg University.
Maître de Vaublanc practised for several years at a Franco-German commercial law firm and is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her main practice areas are French procedural law and industrial risk.

Myriam BENNAIM

Myriam BENNAIMPartner: After completing her studies in the field of civil law, with a main emphasis on business law, in France at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Myriam Bennaim followed a course of further study under Professor Geneviève Viney at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Maître Bennaim is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her practice areas are in the field of liability, in particular industrial risk, product liability, compensation for injury to body and health, business law and social security law.

Tim JAKOBS

Tim JAKOBSPartner: Following his studies at the universities of Passau, Würzburg and at King's College London, Tim Jakobs practised for many years at the international law firm Noerr LLP in Munich, lastly as an Associated Partner, and for some time as a visiting lawyer at the US Law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
He is admitted as Rechtsanwalt in Munich. His main practice areas are litigation, general commercial, liability and bankruptcy law. Mr. Jakobs's working languages are German and English.

Solène MARAIS

Solène MARAISAfter her combined degree at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Cologne University, Solène Marais completed a course of further study in private law with the main emphasis on liability law, under Professor Geneviève Viney at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Her main practice areas are liability law, in particular product liability law, compensation for injury to body and health, business law and social security law.

Christèle DELCAMP

Christèle LABREAfter completing her studies in the field of international law in France at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Christèle DELCAMP followed a course of further study at Paris XI (Sceaux) University.

Alexandra BERBETT

Alexandra BERBETTFollowing a double law degree in French and German law at the University of Cologne and Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), and a LLM in German law, Alexandra BERBETT completed her university degree with a D.E.A. (Advanced Studies Diploma) in Private law under the direction of Prof. JOBARD-BACHELLIER at Paris X University (Nanterre) and a certificate in Criminal Sciences at the Institute of Criminology and Criminal law of Paris (ICP).
Maître BERBETT is admitted to the Paris Bar since 2006 and held several years of experience at a Franco-German law firm before joining in 2012 the law firm EBA Endrös-Baum Associés.
Her caseloads include international proceedings in the fields of commercial and liability law, where she specialises notably in industrial risk, product liability as well as in insurance law. Maître BERBETT assist daily International industrial groups as well as SME in court litigations and arbitrations.

Jessika DA PONTE

Jessika DA PONTEAfter a degree at the University Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) in Private Law, Jessika DA PONTE completed her studies with a professional master’s degree in fundamental private and litigation law at the University Paris X (Paris West Nanterre la Défense).

Julia Dressel is admitted as Rechtsanwältin in Munich. During her training she has worked in different international law firms in Frankfurt a.M., New York and Munich.

Julia Dressel’s working languages are English and German. Beside her work at EBA Endrös-Baum Associés she is currently doing her doctorate in international private law at the Mainz University.

Philippa SICARD

Philippa SICARDPhilippa SICARD completed her double law degree at the University of Paris X (Nanterre-La Défense) and the University of Potsdam, with a Master II in European Business Law and an LL.M in German law.
She is admitted as an Avocat in Paris.
Philippa SICARD's main practice areas are general commercial law, liability law and industrial risk. Her working languages are French, German and English.

Aymeric FRANÇOIS

Aymeric FRANÇOISAfter completing his Master I degrees in the fields of European and international law and business law at Stockholm University and Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Aymeric FRANCOIS graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master II in European business law) and from University College London (LL.M. in international business law).

Alexander SEITZ

Alexander SEITZ Alexander SEITZ read law at the LMU University in Munich where he also completed his legal traineeship.
During this time he was a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, European and International Business Law at the LMU Munich. Alexander SEITZ successfully completed a master's degree (LL.M.) with a focus on law & technology at Tel Aviv University in Israel.
Alexander SEITZ is admitted to the Munich Bar Association. He began his professional career as a lawyer at a major international British law firm in its Munich office in the area of corporate law with a special focus on IT law. Rechtsanwalt SEITZ works mainly in the areas of disputes and contracts with a particular focus on general commercial and liability law. His working languages are German and English.
