Dr. Florian ENDRÖS

Dr. Florian ENDRÖSFollowing a full double university degree at Munich University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Dr. Florian Endrös completed his training as an avocat of the Paris Chamber of Lawyers. After passing the examination to be admitted as a German Rechtsanwalt, Florian Endrös completed his doctorate on European product liability law, with an emphasis on French law.
He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt in Munich and as an avocat in Paris.
Dr. Endrös practised in an international commercial law firm for several years. He was the founding partner and for ten years practised at a law firm specialising in industrial risk, before he founded the new firm Endrös-Baum Associés / EBA together with his team of lawyers. He also worked for ten years as an assistant professor at Cergy-Pontoise University (Paris). Here he was in charge of a European university project that enabled French lawyers to study German law.
The main emphasis of his practice is on complex international cases and proceedings, particularly in the fields of industrial risk, plant construction, product liability and product safety, and also on general contract and commercial law.
Dr. Endrös has many years of experience of French expedited expert report proceedings in a wide variety of industrial risk cases, and he is also the author of a number of books, essays and other publications on this subject.

Muriel MAZAUD

Muriel MAZAUDAfter completing her studies in France at Paris 11 Sceaux University and at the Institut Supérieur d’Interprétariat et de Traduction, Muriel Mazaud did a double degree, as part of which she studied for one year at Marburg University in Germany. She then completed her training as an avocat of the Paris Chamber of Lawyers.
Muriel Mazaud followed her normal university studies with a course of further study on European business law (German business law option) at Paris X Nanterre University.
Maître Mazaud practised for several years in Franco-German commercial law firms and is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her main practice areas are French procedural and contract law and general business law.
Maître Mazaud's working languages are French, German and English.

Marguerite de VAUBLANC

Marguerite de VAUBLANCFollowing a combined German and French degree in France at Paris X Nanterre University, Marguerite de Vaublanc completed a course of further studies on international European law and finished her international studies with an LLM on German and European business law at Regensburg University.
Maître de Vaublanc practised for several years at a Franco-German commercial law firm and is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her main practice areas are French procedural law and industrial risk.
Maître de Vaublanc's working languages are French, German, English and Danish.

Myriam BENNAIM

Myriam BENNAIMAfter completing her studies in the field of civil law, with a main emphasis on business law, in France at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Myriam Bennaim followed a course of further study under Professor Geneviève Viney at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Maître Bennaim is admitted as an avocat in Paris. Her practice areas are in the field of liability, in particular industrial risk, product liability, compensation for injury to body and health, business law and social security law.
Maître Bennaim's working languages are French, English and Hebrew.

Céline LUSTIN-LE CORE

Céline LUSTIN-LE COREAfter her combined degree at the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Cologne, Céline Lustin-Le Core completed two courses of further study, in the law of foreign trade and in EU law.
Céline Lustin-Le Core practised for several years in a Franco-German commercial law firm. Her main practice areas are French business law, corporate law and industrial risk.
Maître Lustin-Le Core's working languages are French, German and English.

Solène MARAIS

Solène MARAISAfter her combined degree at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Cologne University, Solène Marais completed a course of further study in private law with the main emphasis on liability law, under Professor Geneviève Viney at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Her main practice areas are liability law, in particular product liability law, compensation for injury to body and health, business law and social security law.
Ms. Marais' working languages are French, German and English.

Caroline FRIER

Caroline FRIERAfter her combined degree at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Cologne University, Caroline FRIER continued her studies by successfully completing a postgraduate course in private law with the main emphasis on liability law, under Professor LABRUSSE-RIOU at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
She has worked for several years in a business law firm at Lyon.
Her main practice areas are procedural law, liability law, in particular in the field of product liability, and building and construction law.
Maître FRIER’s working languages are French, English and German.

Christoph SCHULTHEISS

Christoph SCHULTHEISSFollowing a degree at the University of Munich, Christoph SCHULTHEISS was admitted to the bar of Munich.
Thereafter, he worked for one of the leading reinsurers in Germany and France during 10 years.
In the meantime, he also obtained a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law.
Maître SCHULTHEISS today is admitted as Rechtsanwalt in Munich.
His main practice areas are reinsurance, insurance and liability law.
Maître SCHULTHEISS's working languages are French, German and English.
